JANUARY 2023 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
CAMILA RODRIGUEZ
Meet our January employee of the month - Camila!! Camila is from Puerto Rico but was born in Germany. She has lived in Grimes for the past 11 years. She has 2 golden doodle puppies named Sandie and Maggie. Her greatest interest is Softball but she also likes spending time in the water, working with kids, and hanging out with her friends.
FEBRUARY 2023 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
LINDA STOVER
Meet our February Employee of the month - Linda!! She is one of our morning front desk receptionists as well as a water aerobics instructor. On top of her regular morning duties she will often sub swimming lessons for us in the evenings. We are very lucky to have her here with us.

JOEL STOREY
Meet our March Employee of the month - Joel!! He has 2 brothers and a dog. He enjoys lifting, hanging out with friends and working on his car.
APRIL 2023 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
CAYDEN MAYFIELD
Meet our April employee of the month - Cayden!! Cayden has been working at Natavi for about 3 months. He likes to stay busy by hanging out with friends, wrestling, or playing football.

SHELBY ROUTT
Shelby has been working at Natavi since March 2023. She is a certified EMT and will be going to DMACC this fall for Fire Science and Paramedic. In her free time she likes to play with her pet parrot named Ferdinand.

EMILY KAVLOCK
Meet our June Employee of the month - Emily!! She is a student at Iowa State University and is studying Landscape Architecture. She likes to go on runs in her free time and snuggle her cat.
JULY 2023 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
KILEIGH LACHACZ
Meet Kileigh Lachacz! She is 18 years old and has been with us for 4 months. She loves spending time with her family and 2 dogs. As a graduate of DCG, she will be attending UNI in the fall to become a PE teacher. In her free time, she likes throwing the shot put, discus and hammer!
AUGUST 2023 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
SADEY LIETZ
Meet Sadey Lietz! Sadey is 17 years old, a senior at Valley High School and will be studying agriculture next year at Iowa State. She has been a swim instructor with us for 5 months. Sadey likes to be outside in nature and watch sunsets. She also likes to fish. Sadey has 4 younger sibling and a golden retriever named Ellie. Sadey likes working at Natavi because she likes working with children and she loves to swim.

Evan Dittmer
Meet Evan Dittmer! Evan is 17 years old is a very talkative and fun/funny guy. Evan enjoys hanging out with his friends and is very involved with his church/church youth group. Evan also shoots trap for sport and fun. Thank you, Evan for all your hard work and going above and beyond at Natavi. We appreciate your greatness and hard work.
